Clean Water Action presents A CHEMICAL REACTION, on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 6:30 PM. This film is an inspiring story of how a tiny Canadian town stood up against powerful pesticide chemical companies and WON. When the town of Hudson banned the use of chemical pesticides in their community due to health concerns, little did they know it was the beginning of a legal battle with some of the most mighty chemical companies. Filled with quirky town characters, this heart-warming film shows how a sheep-herding dermatologist and a determined small town city council take on big corporations and win.
